Our favorite Stone Temple Pilots frontman/drug abuser/ex-Velvet Revolver frontman/record label head/journalist spitter Scott Weiland has a solo album set to come out sometime in November (the 25th the last time we checked) but who knows when it’ll really come out. The tour is already having issues as the NY Irving/Fillmore show is rumored to be postponed. We’ll publish details when they become finalized.
