Noel Gallagher who never seems to shut up recently commented on Oasis and the Glastonbury Festival 2009. Apparently he doesn’t like the festival and that the band has never played well at Glastonbury (same thing can be said for a lot of venues they’ve played).
“Glastonbury is great to be at but it’s not really good for people like me to play at because you don’t go on until 11 at night and all the people you’re with by that time are absolutely battered.”
Instead, the band will focus on their own tour and complain about hiphoppers playing Glastonbury.

I saw Oasis a few years ago headlining, they seemed bored did not acknowledge the huge crowd that turned up to see them, so I am glad the two gallaghers are not gonna play next year. they were well up their own arses. I suggest they fuck off back to where they came from and do not pollute gorgeous somerset with their shitty chav attitude- anyway their new album is toilet. I would rather see someone headline who gives a shit about headlining the best festival in the world – Pink Floyd, The killers, even that rap dude put on a better show. we are better off without Oasis, I wish they would dry up and stop rehashing the Beatles
