The Audio Perv

One of the hottest bands in rock today, Papa Roach, is about to embark on a huge summer tour with Nickelback starting today July 10th in Darien Center, NY. Papa Roach’s new album Metamorphosis (debuted at #8) has been hailed as “hard-riffing and accessible” (Rolling Stone) and “polished and wide-ranging” (Billboard) and “rocket powered of ass-kicking melodic hard rock” (The Audio Perv). To ensure that Papa Roach thrills all of its fans, the band will be playing a bunch of their hit songs from their 10 year career like “Last Resort,” “Forever,” “Getting Away With Murder,” “Scars” and “To Be Loved” mixed with hits off of Metamorphosis. Hit Parader raves, “Papa Roach’s live energy is like a pack of wild horses — unbridled and uncontainable.” Lead singer Jacoby Shaddix explains the thrill of playing live: “Playing shows every night is what we’re built for. We make a club feel like an arena and we make an arena feel like a club. We’re going to tour our guts out and bring our music to fans all over the world.”

Papa Roach has also been very active in support of Sacramento-based charity Loaves And Fishes, which helps the city’s homeless get food and shelter. Shaddix explains, “Sacramento has given so much to me and my band over the years, and the time is now to take care of each other.”
