Stone Temple Pilots Spring Tour Dates (Presale This Week), Debut New Album (Due Out 5/25!), Tracklisting Revealed

Stone Temple Pilots have announced a spring tour set to launch at SXSW at the Austin Music Hall on March 18th. The tour will find the band playing halls, theatres, casinos and a few radio festivals including WMMR’s 2010 MMRBBQ at the Susquehanna Bank Center and possibly DC101’s 2010 Chili Cookoff at RFK Stadium. If NYC had KROCK (RIP) still, they would probably have played KROCK’s Dysfunctional Family Picnic at PNC Bank Arts Center. Or maybe not. Anyways, the band’s next album according to LiveDaily is due out in June and there was a listening party Tuesday night where the band debuted the new album. The tracklisting is also now available thanks to who reports that the album will be self-titled and released on May 25th! Check out the tracklisting below as well as the upcoming US tour dates.

  1. So glad STP are touring. I feel this long overdue and thankfully the press has stopped hounding the shit out of every little thing Scott Weiland did.

It’s nice we finally view the finer side of things! Great band; great artists!

Scott is one the finest frontmen a band can have. His work with Velvet Revolver was amazing. I think STP are gonna be larger than life at THIS show!

Can’t wait for the May 23rd gig at The Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden NJ!
