The EP, recorded at the Foo Fighters’ Studio 606 in Los Angeles, features three other tracks “The Shade,” “Satori In Luzern” & “Sea Change.” You can purchase the EP right now from iTunes or Amazon.

Lead singer Nick Long created Dead Country in late 2008 after he moved back to L.A. from Switzerland. Influences such as Nirvana, Fugazi, Jawbreaker and Rites of Spring propel the band’s thought-provoking lyrics, rhythmic melodies and driving sound.

Last week Dead Country finished up a west coast tour with the recently reunited Far. Dead Country went out on the road for three weeks with The Bronx this past March and also played with Sunny Day Real Estate in 2009.

The band is currently giving away an MP3 download of “Euro Thrash” which you can get at www.deadcountry.net
