The Ferocious Few Opening For Cyndi Lauper On Her Sold Out Tour

San Francisco’s hardest working duo, The Ferocious Few, have been invited to open for the legendary Cyndi Lauper on her US tour, beginning at the end of this month.

The Ferocious Few first gained attention from busking on the streets of their native San Francisco, which led to them getting signed to SF’s Birdman Records. They have become infamous for their ‘guerilla style’ appearances on many street corners in towns and cities across the States. So much so, that they caught the attention of the New York Times at this year’s SXSW, who included them in their ‘Best Of SXSW’ summary. Continuing to play night after night on the West Coast, they have gathered quite a following and will play their own Midwest and East Coast dates this winter, inbetween the Cyndi Lauper tour dates. With their fast paced blues and rock and roll, they create a sound that is so full, it’s hard to imagine there are only two people in this band – do not miss them!
