My Chemical Romance 12/3 NYC Roseland Ballroom | The Audio Perv
05 Dec

By Ian C.

Last night, My Chemical Romance and The Gaslight Anthem played WRXP’s Yule Rock concert at Roseland Ballroom in New York City. The show sold out long ago. Although The Gaslight Anthem were well received by the crowd, you can tell by the amount of heads with dyed hair and wrists without drinking wristbands that pretty much everyone was here to see My Chemical Romance. Sporting his new orange hair, frontman Gerard Way led his MCRmy (M-C-Army) through about eighteen songs including the Bob Dylan cover “Desolation Row”, the newly unveiled “Destroya” (first US performance), the hit “Helena” and the future hit “The Kids From Yesterday”.
