2011
This Thursday April 28, there’s going to be a kick ass show at Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn, NY. The show will celebrate the launch of Noisey.com, Vice’s newest online channel. Noisey.com is a music network that showcases bands and local music scenes across the world through original short videos, curated by VICE with support from Intel and Dell. Each episode on Noisey includes five segments, including a short documentary introducing viewers to the band and the local music scene, then four segments of uninterrupted performances. Noisey’s recently shot documentaries on The Vaccines, Oberhofer, Ariel Pink, Das Racist, Bun B, OFF!, and Mogwai to name a few. Currently there are over 45 bands being featured on Noisey. Go check it out to get to know your favorite bands a little better and discover some new ones too.
This party on Thursday is COMPLETELY FREE! You need to RSVP at www.noisey.com/nyc. RSVP does NOT guarantee entry BUT we have a pair of tickets that GUARANTEE entry via the VIP list! You wanna go?
