Jack White made a somewhat rare appearance on network television tonight and appeared in the first of a three part interview with Stephen Colbert on the Colbert Report. The segment, entitled “Stephen Colbert Presents, 2011: A Rock Odyssey with Jack White” was just one part of the second episode of Colbert’s music themed week. Florence Welch of Florence and the Machine would chat with Stephen and perform with her band later in the episode.
