Pop Singer Barbie Hatch Releases Hypertrophic Heart

Barbie Hatch first gained attention as a guest vocalist on the track “Way Down” by N.A.S.A., appearing alongside RZA and John Frusciante. In late 2010 Barbie returned and performed on the N.A.S.A. track “I Wanna be Your Lover” on the remix album The Big Bang alongside Max Hedrum.

Her first solo release, Hypertrophic Heart is available now via Spectrophonic Sound, the label started and ran by Sam “Squeak E. Clean” Spiegel, brother to director Spike Jonze. It’s filled with a wide vartiety of sounds for all occasions; summer BBQ’s, late night chill sessions, electro dance parties, early morning sunrises and more.
