Spin Celebrates 20th Anniversary Of Nirvana’s Nevermind With Free Covers Album “Newermind” and Rare Kurt Cobain Photo

Although Nirvana has been over for fifteen years, their popularity is about to get another jolt. Spin Magazine has released “Newermind”, a free covers album to Nirvana’s breakthrough album, “Nevermind”, released in September of 1991. The album features performances by Charles Bradley, Telekinesis, JEFF the Brotherhood, Titus Andronicus, Foxy Shazam, Surfer Blood, Jessica Lea Mayfield, Midnight Juggernauts, Meat Puppets, and the Vaselines.
