OneRepublic will perform on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2012 live on ABC on Saturday, December 31st at 10:00pm EST/PST. Jenny McCarthy will report from Times Square and Fergie will host the Los Angeles party segments of the bi-coastal celebration. The LA party will also feature performances by Blink 182, Christina Perri, Florence + The Machine, Gym Class Heroes, LMFAO, Nicki Minaj, and will.i.am.

OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder was recently nominated for 2 Grammys, including Producer of the Year and Album of the Year for his production work on Adele’s 21. The band’s new song, “Christmas Without You,” is available on iTunes now.
