Macy Gray has signed to 429 Records for the upcoming release of her new album “Covered.” The album features Gray’s taking on Metallica’s “Nothing Else Matters,” Arcade Fire’s “Wake Up,” Radiohead’s “Creep,” My Chemical Romance’s “Teenagers,” the Eurythmics’ “Here Comes The Rain Again” and more. “Covered” is due out on March 27th.

Macy Gray also has recorded a song for the holidays, “What I Want For Christmas” which will be available as a free download on Amazon.com as part of their “25 Days Of Free Holiday Music” campaign. You can download Macy’s song on Christmas Day, December 25th.
