Grizzly Bear will preview their new album, ‘Shields’ (9/18, Warp), with a pair of performances this week on WNYC’s Soundcheck today and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Friday. The band will kick off the return of WNYC’s Soundcheck following its summer hiatus with a live video webstream at soundcheck.wnyc.org at 2pm today. The performance will also be included in the show’s debut broadcast in its new primetime evening slot at 9pm on 9/17 on WNYC 93.9FM.

The band will kick off an international tour September 16, including their biggest hometown show yet September 24 at Radio City Music Hall in NYC.
