Jack’s Mannequin released their second album, “The Glass Passenger”, on September 29th. Recently, the band sat down to perform some of their new songs acoustic. You can check them out here from Buzznet.

Mercury Rev released their seventh album “Snowflake Midnight” last month. “Senses on Fire” was the first single off of it. “Butterfly Wing”, the next single, will be out on November 17th on a 12″ remix package with two remixes by Isan and Carlos Anthony Molina, as well as “Senses On Fire” remixed by Fujiya and Miyagi and James Holden. Kurt Cobain Tribute Show Tomorrow (9/13)

For the second year in a row, The Kurt Cobain Memorial Committee is putting on a tribute to Kurt Cobain concert in Hoquiam, WA. As you may know, the famous singer/guitarist from Nirvana was born in Aberdeen which is only about four miles away.
