The lineup for this year’s Coachella has been revealed and we have to say it’s one of the best in years. We had a pretty good idea of who was playing due to the excellent insider info and reporting over at Consequence Of Sound. Not only does each night have solid headliners (Jay-Z on Friday, Muse on Saturday and Gorillaz on Sunday), but the sub headliners Them Crooked Vultures, Phoenix, Faith No More, The Dead Weather, Passion Pit, Spoon, …

Radiohead and Kings of Leon (yawn) played All Points West in Jersey

August 11, 2008 drainu182 0

If you went to the All Points West Festival this weekend and didn’t watch Radiohead, you pretty much wasted your time and money. This festival should’ve been called “Radiohead-fest” because most of the other bands pretty much were no-names, has-beens or never-will-bes. I mean Kings of Leon played and Duffy and The Duke Spirit but could you justify dropping over 80 bucks a day on this crap? I saw Radiohead play in Liberty State Park before and I think I spent under 40 bucks for that show. 40 dollars less and a lot less crap. Plus getting to Jersey City is a pain in the ass. It has more one-way streets than Manhattan and Philly combined. And if you think that you’re better off taking the train or light rail, I laugh in your face. Ha Ha. This festival was run/promoted by Goldenvoice who do Coachella (EXCELLENT FESTIVAL) so you’d think that it’d be a better show but come on.. Duffy? Rodrigo y Gabriela? Wow dudes, you need to at least put Chuck Berry on like Virgin Mobile Fest did. Watch the videos because they’re free here.
