The band spoke about their headlining gig at the LA Rising festival and how they came about choosing the rest of the artists on the bill. Headlining the show will be everyone’s favorite experimental rock band, Linkin Park. From there, you get the usual crazy mix of artists that KROQ plays everyday like: Rise Against, The Strokes, Bad Religion, Cage The Elephant, A Day To Remember, Face To Face, Neon Trees, The Airborne Toxic Event, Lykke Li, Foster The People, Young The Giant. You almost wish that they’d treat this show just like they do their Almost Acoustic Xmas shows and make them two days where each day’s lineup has more similar acts.
