On a typical hot and humid day in Houston, the Honda Civic tour feat MuteMath, Incubus and Linkin Park came rolling through and heated things up a bit more. This shorter than average summer tour had been the talk of the town amongst the locals and critics alike.

Rock innovators MUTEMATH have announced that they will hit the road with Linkin Park and Incubus for this year’s annual Honda Civic Tour. The tour kicks off on August 11th in Virginia and will crisscross the U.S. before wrapping up in San Diego on September 10th.

Through their official website,, LINKIN PARK has announced a June 26th release date for their new album, LIVING THINGS (Machine Shop Recordings/Warner Bros.). The album is co-produced by Rick Rubin (Adele, Metallica) and Linkin Park vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, Mike Shinoda, who co-produced Linkin Park’s last two albums. Linkin Park played an invite-only concert on Wednesday night to raise awareness and funds for Music For Relief. The concert raised 350,000 dollars for the cause.
