The video for “Blood Pressure,” the debut single from rock innovators MUTEMATH premieres today on MTV, MTV2, MTVu, MTV Hits and MTV.com. The New Orleans band, who received a “Best Short Form Music Video” Grammy nomination in 2007 for their single “Typical,” conceived, coordinated and shot the “Blood Pressure” clip in less than 24 hours. New Orleans’ rock innovators MUTEMATH have announced that they will launch the Odd Soul Introduction Tour this fall. The tour finds the band, which is Paul Meany (vocals/keyboards), Roy Mitchell-Cardenas (bass/guitar), and Darren King (drums), unveiling songs from their upcoming new album, Odd Soul, which will be released on October 4th by Teleprompt/Warner Bros. MUTEMATH fans will be excited to know that the band has completed work on their third album and they plan to release by September.
