Pitchfork just premiered of Montreal’s mind-blowing new animated video for “Spiteful Intervention,” which brings to life director Jesse Ewles’ surrealist, 17th century still-life inspired acrylic paintings as undulating blobs of color that morph frontman Kevin Barnes’ face into a series of monstrous singing creatures.
