I canʼt lie, I had completely incorrect theories about the crowd going into this show. I majorly misjudged the following. What I thought would possibly be a mixed bag of late 20-somethings and 30-somethings who may or may not own a minivan, quickly gave way to my understanding that every 19 year old south of the Los Angeles County line may be in this room.

Getting dressed for this concert was a nightmare. The show was The Maine and Augustana and the lineup was a bit mismatched. Each band caters to a different crowd and while both are fantastic in their own right it was an odd pairing for sure. Never Shout Never Will Hit the Road for “The Harmony Tour” in October With The Maine

With the end of Never Shout Never’s summer-long stint on the Vans Warped tour in sight, the band has announced it will hit the road for a fall headlining tour with The Maine beginning October 19th in Seattle and criss-crossing the U.S. before winding up on November 27th in Chicago. After the previous band finished, the crowd cheered with anticipation for The Maine to begin. Once The Maine stepped out, everyone went wild. A few seconds into the first song, confetti poured out from the ceiling and the lights turned on. The screams from the crowd got even louder.
