Three Days Grace recording with hit producer Howard Benson

Three Days Grace are about to hit the studio with famed producer Howard Benson, who’s worked with all those emo bands and Daughtry I think. One of the most underrated rock bands out there is Three Days Grace. Adam Gontier sounds like Sully Erna from Godsmack without the grunts. The rest of the band is pretty solid (sorta fugly but solid musically). If they write that one ballad, they’ll get played on WPLJ 95.5 or maybe Z!00 WHTZ and they’ll explode. Shirley Halperin over at recently spoke with Linkin Park’s Chester Bennington about the band’s future, the VMA’s and Chester solo album. Chester blasted MTV for being too young and pop-oriented

Concert Review: Three Days Grace and Alter Bridge at Roseland Ballroom NYC 7/11

So I happened to get free tickets to see Three Days Grace and Alter Bridge play the MLB All Star Game Kickoff Concert at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City, NY. Unfortunately, the venue was half-full because

  1. No one sells out Roseland Ballroom anymore.
  2. MLB decided to promote the Bon Jovi concert at Central Park the next day (which I would’ve gone to but it wasn’t guaranteed admission, first come first serve my ass)
  3. The radio station promoting it,
