Today Pitchfork premiered the video for “Hits Me Like a Rock,” CSS’ infectious summer anthem off their latest album, La Liberacion– which is out now on V2/Cooperative Music USA/Downtown Records. The clip, which was directed Manuela Martines and produced by Mamma Team, was filmed in Barcelona, Spain and features the Brazilian crew busting out their best dance moves.

CSS To Release New Album La Liberación August 29th, Signs to V2/Cooperative Music

Brazilian band CSS have signed a licensing deal with V2 Music to release their new album La Liberación through the Cooperative Music network worldwide (excluding Japan and Brazil) on August 29. In the US, it will be released on V2 / Cooperative Music / Downtown Records.

Sleigh Bells Announce U.S. Tour, New Video for “Rill Rill”

Brooklyn duo Sleigh Bells – comprised of guitarist/producer Derek Miller and singer Alexis Krauss – will be embarking on a two month North American tour, co-headlining first with CSS, then Neon Indian.
